Our team purpose is to give our very best to all who enter our doors, including each other. We create positive, happy, fulfilling friendships with our teammates by recognizing and appreciating the good qualities, talents, skills and efforts of one another. We support and give help to each other without being asked. We are honest, open and respectful of each other which allows us to feel safe and comfortable working together and solving any differences or challenges that may arise. We welcome opportunities to use and increase our skills and education, keeping us current with technology, trends, techniques and materials so that we may feel pride in the excellent, honest and compassionate care we provide to our patients. In addition to having fun, we are rewarded emotionally, temporally, and spiritually. Patty Wise – Office Manager
I have been in the dental field for 34 years; in the clinical setting and management. I have been fortunate to live in San Clemente for the last 21 years. I enjoy working closely with my teammates to provide quality "Five Star" care to all of our wonderful patients. As a team, our goal is to keep our patients comfortable, informed and happy. We all feel so rewarded when patients have a good experience, and refer other friends and family members just like themselves!
My time away from dentistry is spent with my husband, our two grown children and three grandsons. When I'm not with the family, you can find me gardening, reading, or gathering with friends.
Lisa Anderson – Registered Dental Assistant
I am a registered dental assistant and have been a member of Dr. Harrell’s team since 2007; and loving every minute of it! I have been a dental assistant for more than 20 years. I am married and have two wonderful adult children. You may have seen me at our store, “The Nutty Hawaiian” on weekends serving up hot dogs and shave ice. My favorite things to do are hiking in the back hills and playing card games with my family. I feel so privileged to be a part of Dr. Harrell’s team; as compassion and perfection are truly expressed in his office. I hope to see all of you and have you experience the outstanding dentistry we have to offer.
Rita Hooper - Registered Dental Assistant
I am a registered dental assistant, and have worked in the dental field for almost 20 years. I have worked in practices in the San Clemente area for the past 10 years. I am excited to have joined this team as orthodontic assistant. I love helping children and adults have fun as we work together to achieve a straight, beautiful smile. I live in Mission Viejo with my husband, Bruce, and daughter, Brianna (11). We enjoy going to the beach and watching Brianna’s soccer games!
Michelle Smith - Hygienist
As a hygienist who has worked in San Clemente for over 30 years, I’m so happy to be working with Dr. Harrell now. Our office is spacious, tastefully decorated, and technologically current. The staff (and especially Dr. Harrell) is friendly, very professional, and just plain fun! I attended Idaho State University where I graduated with a degree in Dental Hygiene. My husband, Doug, and I are native to this area and have been married for 27 years. We live in Capistrano with our two wonderful sons, Brent and Jordan, and enjoy entertaining, road trips, working out, working hard, and visiting with friends!
Lynn Kolodziej - Hygienist
Born and raised in Madison, Wisconsin, I'm a genuine “Cheese head” and yes I own and wear one when cheering for the Badgers and the Greenbay Packers! I married my husband John, 30 plus years ago on the opening day of deer hunting season as my family still likes to remind me. We have been blessed with three children, Heather is 26-years old, Nicholas is 24-years old and last but not least Katherine or better know as KK who is 16-years old. One of my greatest joys is to have people into my home, feed them and make them happy! Sewing, singing, crafting and playing guitar are my other favorite things to do. In my free time I love to watch sports of all kinds! As a dental hygienist for 32 plus years I can truly say I love what I do; more importantly I love who I get to “meet and treat” and who I have the pleasure to share my days with! Life is good as I am blessed by so many lovely people everyday!
Tara Chambers – Treatment Coordinator
As a member of the Dr Harrell’s staff for almost three years I have enjoyed getting to know all of our fine patients. I am a proud wife of a US Marine! I have been married to my high school sweetheart Carl for over 20 years. We have two sons, Kyle who is 20-years old and Jacob who is 17. Although I have lived in California for over 20 years, I grew up and lived in Arizona and am a fan of all the Arizona professional teams! I am especially a crazy football fan. As a family we enjoy going to the White Mountains to fish, horseback ride and hike. If the opportunity arises to travel I will pretty much travel or go anywhere! I am always open to an adventure! OH yes and I love to shop for anything!
Kelly Jones - Hygienist
With numerous family members in the dental profession, it was a natural that I became a dental hygienist. I graduated with honors from Loma Linda University and was recognized for clinical research by the California Dental Association. I love helping people learn more about dental health, especially teaching the kids at the local schools. Married with 4 children ranging in age from 13-3, I enjoy spending time with my family and serving in my church. In what spare time is left over, you will find me trail running in the hills of Talega. Quality dental care is essential to me and I am very pleased to work with Dr. Harrell.
